An enzymatic fraction, possessing the proteolytic activity, was isolated from destructed rat liver mitochondria. The preparation obtained exhibited the distinct activity with membrane proteins and mitochondrial structural proteins used as substrates and dissolved in solutions, containing EDTA and sodium dodecylsulphate, respectively. The proteolytic activity was shown to be due to protease, found in the preparation of mitochondria; it did not depend on the contamination by lysosomal cathepsins.
从破坏的大鼠肝线粒体中分离出一种具有蛋白水解活性的酶组分。所获得的制剂分别以膜蛋白和线粒体结构蛋白为底物,溶解于含有乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中时,表现出明显的活性。蛋白水解活性被证明是由于线粒体制剂中发现的蛋白酶所致;它不依赖于溶酶体组织蛋白酶的污染。
