The ciradian rhythm of habitual contact lens (PMMA) wearers is characterized by steepening of corneal curvature and increasing myopia after lenses have been worn during the day and flattening of corneal curvature and decreasing myopia after lenses have been removed overnight.

习惯性佩戴角膜接触镜（聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯）者的昼夜节律特点为，白天佩戴镜片后角膜曲率变陡、近视增加，而夜间摘除镜片后角膜曲率变平、近视减轻。
