Abstract
Results of investigation of the chicken and mouse interferons by electrofocussing in sucrose and in polyacrylamide gel are described. The isoelectric points of these interferons were determined. The advantages of the electrofocussing in gel over that in sucrose for the interferon analysis was shown.
