The effect of a 22-day hypokinesia study on the labyrinthine behavior of white rats was investigated. The test animals showed certain behavioral changes which developed throughout 22 days. However, significant changes occurred only during the first 6--7 days. Later, the changes diminished but retained their trend. It is believed that the behavioral changes are mainly associated with inhibition of the nervous processes of higher cerebral compartments responsible for the higher nervous activity.
