Abstract

N-Methyl-N-(beta-hydroxyethyl)-guanidine O-phosphate (creatinol O-phosphate) was synthesized from creatinol by phosphorylation with partially hydrolyzed phosphoryl chloride or by dehydration of its phosphate salt. Creatinol N-phosphate was obtained by addition of N-methylamino ethanol to bis-p-nitrobenzylphosphocyanamide, followed by hydrogenolysis. The chemical properties of both compounds were investigated; creatinol N-phosphate was rearranged to creatinol O-phosphate by heating.

N-甲基-N-(β-羟乙基)胍磷酸酯(肌醇磷酸酯)由肌醇通过与部分水解的磷酰氯进行磷酸化反应或由其磷酸盐脱水合成。肌醇N-磷酸酯是通过将N-甲基氨基乙醇加入双对硝基苄基磷氰酰胺中,然后进行氢解反应制得。研究了这两种化合物的化学性质;肌醇N-磷酸酯通过加热重排为肌醇O-磷酸酯。
