Abstract
Anti-allotypic sera that have no known allotypic determinants other than those also present in the genotype of the lymphocyte donor are as able to induce lymphocyte `blast' transformation as are anti-allotypic sera that do have allotypic determinants that are not present in the lymphocyte donor. Therefore, anti-allotypic sera do not appear to function in the stimulation of blast transformation by providing access for any of the known allotypic determinants into lymphocytes.

除淋巴细胞供体基因型中也存在的那些同种异型决定簇外没有已知同种异型决定簇的抗同种异型血清，与具有淋巴细胞供体中不存在的同种异型决定簇的抗同种异型血清一样，能够诱导淋巴细胞“母细胞”转化。因此，抗同种异型血清似乎不是通过为任何已知的同种异型决定簇进入淋巴细胞提供途径来发挥刺激母细胞转化的作用。
