An electro-immunodiffusion's study on blood donnors in Grall Hospital (Saïgon, Vietnam) is analysed. In a population of 514 subjects, 39 carriers of antigen HbS are detected: i.e. 7.6%. Interfering factors are observed, necessiting for an epidemiological study the specification of each sample.
