Abstract
A study was made of acetylcholine concentration and of the acetylcholinesterase activity in the thyroid gland tissue, as well as of the serum cholinesterase activity in the toxic goiter. This disease was accompanied by an elevation of the acetylcholine concentration and a fall of the eacetylcholinesterase activity. As to serum cholinesterase--it changed but little in this disease.

对甲状腺组织中的乙酰胆碱浓度、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性以及毒性甲状腺肿患者的血清胆碱酯酶活性进行了研究。这种疾病伴有乙酰胆碱浓度升高和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性降低。至于血清胆碱酯酶，在这种疾病中变化不大。
