Abstract
53 children with congenital neurogenic bladders are currently managed on intermittent catheterisation. The problems of continence, urinary tract infection and upper tract deterioration have to date been controlled reasonably successfully and the need for urinary diversion appears to have been obviated. Complications have been negligible and parents and patients alike prefer this method to the Crédé manoeuvre.
摘要
目前，53名先天性神经源性膀胱患儿采用间歇性导尿进行治疗。迄今为止，尿失禁、尿路感染和上尿路恶化等问题已得到较为成功的控制，似乎不再需要进行尿流改道。并发症可以忽略不计，家长和患者都更喜欢这种方法，而不是耻骨上膀胱按压法。
