In the present paper a case of generalized scleroderma with concomitant central arterial occlusion is reported. To our knowledge this coincidence of generalized scleroderma and central arterial occlusion has not been described so far. As fibrinoid necrosis and proliferative changes of the choroidal vessels occur with generalized scleroderma the possibility is discussed that the central arterial occlusion may be an effect of the scleroderma.
本文报道了一例伴有中枢动脉闭塞的全身性硬皮病病例。据我们所知，全身性硬皮病与中枢动脉闭塞的这种巧合迄今为止尚未见报道。由于全身性硬皮病会出现脉络膜血管的纤维蛋白样坏死和增殖性改变，因此探讨了中枢动脉闭塞可能是硬皮病所致的可能性。
