Abstract
- Pyrimidine oligodeoxynucleotides containing one thymine nucleotide residue and up to five cytosine nucleotide residues were isolated by chromatography on DEAE-Sephadex after degrading calf-thymus DNA with diphenylamine in aqueous formic acid.
