[Blast transformation reaction in testicular teratoblastomas].

Cell immunity was studied in vitro by means of the blasttransformation reaction (RBT) under the influence of phytohemagglutinin nonspecific mitogen (PHA). The results obtained indicated a correlation between the clinical course of teratoblastoma and the cell immunity intensity, measured by RBT. RBT indices also were correlated well with the efficacy of chemotherapy and were of certain prognostic value.
