Abstract
In 41 patients with testicular teratoblastoma the cell-mediated immunity was studied by delayed hypersensitivity skin testing. Skin tests for DNCB, PPD, polysaccharide fractions of teratoblastoma and normal human embryonal antigens were made. The DNCB response is shown to correlate with the process spread and patients' survival.

对41例睾丸畸胎瘤患者进行了细胞介导免疫的迟发型超敏皮肤试验研究。进行了二硝基氯苯（DNCB）、结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物（PPD）、畸胎瘤多糖组分和正常人胚胎抗原的皮肤试验。结果显示，DNCB反应与疾病进展及患者生存率相关。
