Peculiarities of topography, structure and injuries are responsible for the pathomorphological behaviour of the pleura. Its characteristical macro- and microscopic alterations are correlated with the typical cytological findings of effusions. Additionally to the pleural reactions in acute inflammation, the postpleuritic functional disturbances of pleura and lung are reported.
胸膜的形态、结构和损伤特点决定了其病理形态学表现。其特征性的大体和微观改变与积液的典型细胞学发现相关。除了急性炎症中的胸膜反应外，还报道了胸膜炎后胸膜和肺部的功能障碍。
