Abstract
  1. The effect of age and undernutrition on the exchange of phosphate in the cortical bone powder of pigs with [(32)P]orthophosphate was investigated in vitro. 2. The extent of exchange fell steadily from birth to old age. 3. The bones of animals undernourished for 1 year behaved like those of animals 3(1/2) years old.
摘要
  1. 采用[³²P]正磷酸盐对猪皮质骨粉中磷酸盐交换的年龄及营养不足影响进行了体外研究。2. 交换程度从出生到老年稳步下降。3. 营养不足1年的动物骨骼表现与3.5岁动物的骨骼相似。
