Congenital sensory neuropathy with anhidrosis: orthopedic complication and management.

This report of 2 sisters with an extremely rare severe form of congenital sensory neuropathy with anhidrosis demonstrates the differential diagnosis, the orthopedic complications, and management. A review of the literature reveals only 7 previously reported cases.
