Abstract
In 34 selected patients with prostatic carcinoma treated with total perineal prostatovesiculectomy, the morbidity was low and mortality nil. Fourteen patients were alive and well for over five years and 12 patients are alive and well for less than five years at the time of report. Six patients were dead, two with prostatic carcinoma. Two of the survivors had recurrent carcinoma.

在34例接受经会阴前列腺精囊全切除术治疗的前列腺癌患者中，发病率较低，无死亡病例。报告时，14例患者存活且状况良好超过5年，12例患者存活且状况良好不足5年。6例患者死亡，其中2例死于前列腺癌。2例幸存者有复发性癌。
