The antibody content of three reaginic sera from patients sensitive to highly purified horse serum albumin have been investigated by measuring the capacity to bind I-labelled albumin. No correlation was found between skin sensitizing activity and the content of either heat stable or heat labile antibody, but there was a correlation with the ratio of the concentration in the serum of the two kinds of antibody.
