[Torsade de pointes ventricular tachycardia].

This kind of ventricular tachycardia presents a special type of tachycardia and the diagnostics is of particular importance in this case. It was described by French authors in 1970 during bradycardia and especially during complete AV block with low ventricular frequency. Arrhythmia present at tachycardial form of atrial flutter, and its treatment with electro-stimulation and sinus rhythm restoration are described.
