The vulvar region is one of the sites of predilection for granular cell myoblastomas, tumours now proven to originate from Schwann cells. Considered to be a benign tumor, malignant changes have been suspected. Wide excision is therefore recommended. Three cases of vulvar granular cell myoblastoma are reported.
外阴区域是颗粒细胞成肌细胞瘤的好发部位之一，现已证实这类肿瘤起源于施万细胞。虽然该肿瘤被认为是良性的，但仍有人怀疑其存在恶性变。因此，建议进行广泛切除。本文报告了3例外阴颗粒细胞成肌细胞瘤。
