Abstract

The creatine kinase activity in the skeletal muscles and heart of rats is investigated under the effect of preparations of the depolarizing (myorelaxin) and nondepolarizing (tubocurarin, arduan) action. It is stated that arduan and tubocurarin inhibit the enzyme activity in the myocardium but not in skeletal muscles. The creatine kinase activity in the myocardium extract decreases twice under the tubocurarin effect and more than thrice under the arduan effect. Inhibition of the enzyme activity in the myocardium mitochondria under arduan effect is pronounced more greatly.

在去极化(肌松弛素)和非去极化(筒箭毒碱、阿端)作用制剂的影响下,对大鼠骨骼肌和心脏中的肌酸激酶活性进行了研究。结果表明,阿端和筒箭毒碱抑制心肌中的酶活性,但不抑制骨骼肌中的酶活性。在筒箭毒碱的作用下,心肌提取物中的肌酸激酶活性降低了一半,在阿端的作用下降低了三倍多。阿端对心肌线粒体中酶活性的抑制作用更为明显。
