Twenty three patients with small non oat-cell lung cancer were treated with a combination of cyclophosphamide, adriamycin and cisplatin chemotherapy. The treatment produced 30.4 per 100 objective responses (7 cases), with complete remission in 2 cases and partial remission in 5 cases. The remission duration was 7.5 and 6 months respectively. The initial "status performans" is important for the response.
23例小细胞非燕麦型肺癌患者接受了环磷酰胺、阿霉素和顺铂联合化疗。该治疗每100例产生30.4例客观缓解（7例），其中2例完全缓解，5例部分缓解。缓解持续时间分别为7.5个月和6个月。初始“身体状况评分”对缓解情况很重要。
