A double-blind technique was used for studying the psychic and somatic effects of premedication with flunitrazepam, innovar and a placebo in 116 patients. Innovar and the placebo produced the same results. Flunitrazepam reduced anxiety and apprehension and had a significantly higher amnesic effect. Premedication with Innovar increased not only a feeling of fatigue and heaviness but also anxiety and tension in the patients. When assessing the psychic effects of premedication attention must be paid to the subjective impressions on the part of the patient.
采用双盲技术对116例患者使用氟硝西泮、氟芬合剂及安慰剂进行术前用药的心理和躯体效应进行研究。氟芬合剂和安慰剂产生了相同的结果。氟硝西泮减轻了焦虑和忧虑，且具有显著更高的遗忘效果。使用氟芬合剂进行术前用药不仅增加了患者的疲劳感和沉重感，还增加了焦虑和紧张情绪。在评估术前用药的心理效应时，必须关注患者的主观感受。
