Properties and hormonal regulation of activity of multiple forms of tyrosine aminotransferase in rat liver cells are considered with particular reference to regulation of synthesis of the multiple forms of tyrosine aminotransferase by glucocorticoid hormones. A role of tyrosine aminotransferase multiple forms in the adaptive reactions of cells during induction and postinduction periods is discussed.
本文特别参照糖皮质激素对大鼠肝细胞中多种形式酪氨酸转氨酶合成的调节作用，探讨了大鼠肝细胞中多种形式酪氨酸转氨酶活性的特性及其激素调节。同时讨论了酪氨酸转氨酶多种形式在诱导期和诱导后期细胞适应性反应中的作用。
