Abstract
The combination of the antihistamine diphenhydramine as well as the repellents N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide and dimethylphthalate as the active constituents of an insect repellent (Pellit) guarantees a remarkable antihistaminic effect. Surprisingly the repellent N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide proved itself to be an antihistamine. The UV-erythema model was used on the dorsal skin of male volunteers.

抗组胺药苯海拉明与驱虫剂N,N-二乙基间甲苯甲酰胺和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的组合作为一种驱虫剂（Pellit）的活性成分，保证了显著的抗组胺作用。令人惊讶的是，驱虫剂N,N-二乙基间甲苯甲酰胺被证明本身就是一种抗组胺药。在男性志愿者的背部皮肤使用紫外线红斑模型。
