High fucosyl transferase activity was recorded in human seminal plasma whether spermatozoa were present or not. This activity exceeded that of sialyl transferase by a factor of 111. The corresponding factor for blood serum incubated under identical conditions was 0.60-0.90.
无论精液中是否存在精子，人精浆中均检测到高岩藻糖基转移酶活性。该活性比唾液酸转移酶活性高出111倍。在相同条件下孵育的血清的相应倍数为0.60 - 0.90。
