Arthrographic and arthroscopic findings of traumatized knee joints were compared by operation. It was found that endoscopic examination, particularly in case of damage to joint cartilage and cruciated ligaments, is superior to arthrographic examination. The lesions of meniscus could not always be detected radiologically. Hence, whenever there is a suspicious knee joint damage, arthroscopy should be performed liberally.
通过手术对比了创伤性膝关节的关节造影和关节镜检查结果。发现内镜检查，尤其是在关节软骨和交叉韧带损伤的情况下，优于关节造影检查。半月板损伤不一定总能通过放射学检查发现。因此，每当膝关节有可疑损伤时，应积极进行关节镜检查。
