[Experiences with the arthroscopic diagnosis of the knee joint].

The authors report on their experiences gained in arthroscopic examinations of injured knee joints. To a high extent complaints leading to arthroscopy were due to pathological changes of the cartilage of the patella and medial condyle of the femur.
