Report on about 67 cases of knee arthrodesis (septic and aseptic cases). In aseptic cases we preferred arthrodesis with autocompression plates in 21 patients. In the other cases we preferred Fixateur externe. We could follow up the patients for an average period of 25.4 months. The arthrodesis was consolidated in 98.3%; the infection could be cured in 92.9% of the cases.
关于67例膝关节融合术（感染性和非感染性病例）的报告。在非感染性病例中，我们对21例患者采用了自体加压钢板进行膝关节融合术。在其他病例中，我们则采用了外固定架。我们对患者的平均随访时间为25.4个月。膝关节融合术的愈合率为98.3%；92.9%的病例感染得到治愈。
