Repeated administration of the kinin-active and kinin-inhibiting agents induced a paradoxical response to noradrenaline in the pancreatectomized dogs: the kallikrein did not essentially change the pressor effect and weakened the cholinergic component of noradrenaline effect whereas the kontrikal weakened the pressor action of moderate and large doses of noradrenaline and abolished the effect of small doses.
