Six cases of intestinal pneumatosis following the jejunoileal bypass procedure are reported. Although the radiographic pattern of the pneumatosis intestinalis suggested severe disease, such as bowel infarction or necrotizing enterocolitis, all cases followed a benign course.

报告了6例空肠回肠旁路术后发生的肠壁囊样积气症。尽管肠壁囊样积气症的影像学表现提示病情严重，如肠梗死或坏死性小肠结肠炎，但所有病例均呈良性病程。
