The processes of realization of genetic information in two inbred lines of various age groups of rats were studied. The rates of RNA and protein syntheses, life-time of mRNA, and rates of RNA transport into the cytoplasm were found to be different and dependent on the age and genotype of the animals.
研究了不同年龄组大鼠两个近交系中遗传信息的实现过程。发现RNA和蛋白质合成速率、mRNA寿命以及RNA转运到细胞质中的速率各不相同，且取决于动物的年龄和基因型。
