[Retrospective analysis of 61 cases of acquired juvenile hypoplastic anemia. Factors determining the prognosis].

The calculation of a prognostic coefficient was included for predicting the acuity in the course of hypoplastic conditions of haematopoicsis in children. In the examined group of patients the sensibility of the prognostic coefficient could be shown to be not very great, which was considered in connection with involving splenectomy in the complex of treatment measures. Obviously, the early prognosis of the disease is changed in this way.
