The demonstration of lipids by light microscopy is one of the most difficult parts of histochemistry. Phospholipids of the surfactant system are a very important part of lung metabolism, but for morphologists not easy to detect. Basing on own experiences, a view is given about different methods for demonstration of phospholipids, in particular of the surfactant system by light microscopy and fluorescent microscopy.
通过光学显微镜观察脂质是组织化学中最困难的部分之一。表面活性剂系统中的磷脂是肺代谢的非常重要的一部分，但对于形态学家来说却不易检测。基于自身经验，本文针对通过光学显微镜和荧光显微镜观察磷脂，特别是表面活性剂系统的不同方法提出了一种观点。
