Using rabbit antibodies against rat thymus and liver chromatin, the species-specificity of immunogenic chromatin proteins was studied. The antibodies against tissue-specific and tissue-non-specific proteins of rat thymocyte chromatin are involved in criss-cross reactions with mouse thymus chromatin but do not interact with calf thymus chromatin. The antiliver immunoglobulins G interact with mouse hepatocyte chromatin, in a far lesser degree with calf liver chromatin and do not get involved in the criss-cross reactions with pigeon hepatocyte chromatin.
利用抗大鼠胸腺和肝脏染色质的兔抗体,对免疫原性染色质蛋白的物种特异性进行了研究。抗大鼠胸腺细胞染色质的组织特异性和非组织特异性蛋白的抗体与小鼠胸腺染色质发生交叉反应,但不与小牛胸腺染色质相互作用。抗肝脏免疫球蛋白G与小鼠肝细胞染色质相互作用,与小牛肝脏染色质的相互作用程度要低得多,且不与鸽肝细胞染色质发生交叉反应。
