Antibodies against rat liver chromatin interact with homologous chromatin as well as with chromatin of Zajdela ascite hepatoma and solid hepatoma 27, but not with the nuclear matrix isolated from these hepatomas. Rat liver chromatin regions hypersensitive to DNAase I and endogenous Mg2+-dependent nuclease are enriched with immunogenic nonhistone proteins. Using antiliver IgG pretreated with chromatin of Zajdela ascite hepatoma and solid hepatoma 27, it was shown that liver chromatin antigens that are not detectable in hepatoma cells are localized in hypersensitive to nucleases chromatin regions buy not in actively transcribed ones.
抗大鼠肝脏染色质的抗体可与同源染色质以及Zajdela腹水肝癌和实体肝癌27的染色质相互作用，但不与从这些肝癌中分离出的核基质相互作用。对DNA酶I和内源性Mg2+依赖性核酸酶敏感的大鼠肝脏染色质区域富含免疫原性非组蛋白。使用经Zajdela腹水肝癌和实体肝癌27染色质预处理的抗肝脏IgG，结果表明，在肝癌细胞中无法检测到的肝脏染色质抗原定位于对核酸酶敏感的染色质区域，而非活跃转录区域。
