Alpha 1-fetoprotein (AFP), alpha 2-macroglobulin (AMG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) were estimated quantitatively in 16 amniotic fluid samples of gestational weeks 15 to 21. In 4 pregnancies there were defects of the neural canal (2 anencephalic fetuses, 2 fetuses with meningomyelocele). The other 12 amniotic fluid samples from normal pregnancies are used as control group. AFP, AMG and IgM concentrations were increased in the 4 pathologic samples. AFP was detected using Laurell-technique, AMG and IgM by single radial immunodiffusion.
对15至21孕周的16份羊水样本进行了甲胎蛋白(AFP)、α2巨球蛋白(AMG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的定量测定。4例妊娠存在神经管缺陷(2例无脑儿、2例脊髓脊膜膨出胎儿)。将另外12份正常妊娠的羊水样本作为对照组。4份病理样本中的AFP、AMG和IgM浓度升高。采用劳雷尔技术检测AFP,采用单向放射免疫扩散法检测AMG和IgM。
