On the basis of an analysis of the operative treatment of 56 patients with prostate adenoma with a high degree of operative risk the authors recommend to fulfil a subtotal transurethral furrow electroresection of the adenoma. There was one lethal outcome after the operation.
在对56例手术风险较高的前列腺腺瘤患者的手术治疗进行分析的基础上，作者建议进行腺瘤的经尿道部分沟状电切术。术后有1例死亡病例。
