[Demonstration of immune complexes on erythrocytes by scanning electron microscopy].

If anti-sera are combined with native whole blood by an in-vitro technique, immunocomplexes are formed. They are fixed to erythrocytes and can be made visible by a scanning electron microscope on blood smears especially pretreated.
