Enhanced communication skills for medical students through drawing.

A course in drawing was offered to medical students as part of a humanities "selective" program. The week-long, 22-hour course exposed students to various drawing techniques and audio-visual presentation techniques designed to heighten their awareness of the role of communications in the dissemination of medical knowledge.
