Abstract
Two cases of gastroschisis were diagnosed antenatally following maternal serum AFP screening in midtrimester of the pregnancy, using ultrasonography, amniography and amniocentesis. The AFP screening program detected 4 congenital malformations but missed 4 malformations due to false negative AFP serum values.

孕期中期进行母体血清甲胎蛋白筛查后，通过超声检查、羊膜造影术和羊膜穿刺术，产前诊断出两例腹裂病例。甲胎蛋白筛查项目检测出4例先天性畸形，但因甲胎蛋白血清值出现假阴性而漏诊了4例畸形。
