Thirty-one cases of primary cutaneous amyloidosis were studied by the immunoperoxidase technique (PAP method) employing anti-keratin antibodies. All specimens were examined using consecutive paraffin sections to confirm the correspondence between amyloid existing area and reactive sites. All of the sections examined were non-reactive in amyloid deposited sites whereas the epidermis always showed strong reaction with anti-keratin antibodies.
采用抗角蛋白抗体的免疫过氧化物酶技术(PAP法)对31例原发性皮肤淀粉样变进行了研究。所有标本均采用连续石蜡切片进行检查,以确认淀粉样变存在区域与反应位点之间的对应关系。所有检查的切片在淀粉样变沉积部位均无反应,而表皮始终显示与抗角蛋白抗体有强烈反应。
