Abstract
One hundred and nineteen patients were operated upon, 89--for primary cancer of the liver, 30--for cancer metastases. Radical operations for primary cancer of the liver were performed in 5 of 89 patients, and in 8 of 30 patients with metastatic involvement of the liver. In radical operations for malignant hepatic neoplasms frequently there would arise the necessity of a temporary exclusion of the organ from the portal and caval circulation.
摘要
119例患者接受了手术，其中89例为原发性肝癌，30例为癌症转移。89例原发性肝癌患者中有5例进行了根治性手术，30例肝脏转移患者中有8例进行了根治性手术。在对恶性肝脏肿瘤进行根治性手术时，经常需要暂时将肝脏排除在门静脉和腔静脉循环之外。
