A cyto-histological correlation, according to the Gravlee Jet procedure, is proposed about 86 intra-uterine abnormal washings. In a series of 53 positive for cancer and 6 suspicious cytologic diagnosis, the pathologic study evidenced the cancer in 54 cases. In 2 cases, a cancer was discovered only by tissue section. According to the results and although there are some difficulties, this method of diagnosis of the upper feminine genital tract cancer seems to us valuable.
