Two case of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) associated with inflammatory bowel disease are reported. In one of these cases, inflammatory bowel disease was asymptomatic and discovered only by performing colonoscopy. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography is of particular value, showing the specific lesions of PSC. Treatment is only symptomatic.
报告了两例原发性硬化性胆管炎（PSC）合并炎症性肠病的病例。在其中一例中，炎症性肠病无症状，仅通过结肠镜检查才发现。内镜逆行胆管造影具有特殊价值，可显示PSC的特异性病变。治疗仅为对症治疗。
