Abstract

The effect of mercury chloride on the culture of rat fibroblast cells was studied for the test of DNA-breaks formation, for the survival and mutability of pox-virus vaccine and for the formation of dominant mutations in rats. The preparation had generally toxic, embryotoxic and mutagenic effects. To determine the genetic effects of environmental pollutants it was necessary to use some special methodological approaches.

研究了氯化汞对大鼠成纤维细胞培养的影响,以检测DNA断裂的形成、痘病毒疫苗的存活和变异性以及大鼠显性突变的形成。该制剂一般具有毒性、胚胎毒性和诱变作用。为了确定环境污染物的遗传效应,有必要采用一些特殊的方法学途径。
