We report on a 56-year-old man who had two distinct and separate primary tumors of the bladder simultaneously: one mucin-producing adenocarcinoma and the other a transitional cell carcinoma. Despite local extension of the adenocarcinoma beyond the bladder wall, surgical resection has resulted in a 6-year recurrence-free survival of the patient.
