Abstract

Intracellular Cl- activity (aiCl) and transmembrane potential (delta psi m) of canine submandibular gland cells were measured in vitro by using Cl- sensitive liquid membrane microelectrodes. Under the conditions of superfusion with a control solution, average Cl- activity of the resting cells was slightly higher than those predicted from Nernstian equilibrium.

利用对氯离子敏感的液膜微电极在体外测量犬下颌下腺细胞的细胞内氯离子活性(aiCl)和跨膜电位(δψm)。在以对照溶液进行灌流的条件下,静息细胞的平均氯离子活性略高于根据能斯特平衡预测的值。
