Eleven cases of breast hamartoma are reviewed. This benign lesion can be diagnosed on the basis of its mammographic appearance. It is characterized clinically by a well-circumscribed lump which can be readily shelled out at surgery; radiologically by its typical features of a clear or heterogeneous picture with a radiolucent zone; and histologically by its normal mammary tissue (a mixture of fibrous stroma, fatty tissue, ducts and lobules). Surgical enucleation is not mandatory, and is only performed when the hamartoma is uncomfortable and/or unsightly.
回顾了11例乳腺错构瘤病例。这种良性病变可根据其乳腺X线表现进行诊断。其临床特征为边界清晰的肿块，手术时可轻松剥离；放射学特征为典型的清晰或不均匀图像伴有透光区；组织学特征为正常乳腺组织（纤维基质、脂肪组织、导管和小叶的混合物）。手术摘除并非必需，仅在错构瘤引起不适和/或影响外观时才进行。
