CT-guided stereotaxic biopsy was performed on 13 cases of the brain tumor using Leksell's CT stereotaxic system under control of Hitachi W-3 scanner. Trepanation was put on near to the coronal suture, and biopsy needle was inserted parallel to sagittal plane in two cases. The course of the needle was showed by the sagittal reconstructive CT. In 11 cases, biopsy needle was inserted parallel to the CT slice. Trepanation was put on frontal area in nine cases of frontal tumor, and on posterior temporal area in four cases of occipital or thalamic tumor. The course of needle was showed on one CT slice. Stepwise biopsies were performed using spiral biopsy needle. Minimal bleeding occurred after biopsy in one case, however, was stopped by induced hypotension. Post-operative CT revealed no hematomas in all of the cases. There was no case with postoperative worsening of the symptoms. Ommaya's reservoir was implanted in three cases with cyst. Comparison of tissue sample with CT findings is possible in our CT-guided stereotaxic method, because all the course of biopsy track was confirmed by the CT.
使用日立W - 3扫描仪控制下的Leksell CT立体定向系统，对13例脑肿瘤患者进行了CT引导下的立体定向活检。在冠状缝附近钻孔，2例活检针与矢状面平行插入。针的路径由矢状面重建CT显示。11例中，活检针与CT层面平行插入。9例额叶肿瘤在额叶区域钻孔，4例枕叶或丘脑肿瘤在颞后区域钻孔。针的路径在一个CT层面上显示。使用螺旋活检针进行逐步活检。1例活检后出现少量出血，然而通过诱导性低血压得以止血。术后CT显示所有病例均无血肿。没有病例出现术后症状恶化。3例囊肿患者植入了Ommaya贮器。在我们的CT引导立体定向方法中，可以将组织样本与CT结果进行比较，因为活检轨迹的所有过程都由CT确认。
